tenpoint

Automated certification and compliance for affordable housing.

Tenpoint monitors every certification, runs the recertification cycle, and generates the compliance paperwork behind it — for the property managers who do this work themselves.

What's included

Five areas, built to work together. Certification data feeds the documents, the documents close the recertification, and the same properties carry the day-to-day work.

  1. Certification monitoring

Every household's certification status in one view — what is current, what is due, and what is past its date.

  2. Recertification automation

Notices generated and sent on schedule, verification requests tracked from the day they go out, and follow-ups raised when nobody replies.

  3. Property management

Properties, units, households and staff in one system, so compliance data and operations share the same records.

  4. Report generation

Certifications and compliance documents produced from your data and filed automatically, rather than retyped into a form each time.

  5. Work orders

Maintenance logged, assigned and tracked, with a full history against the unit and the manager notified by email.

Compliance rules

HOTMA-ready.

Tenpoint carries the HOTMA income and asset rules alongside the ones in force today, applied by effective date. Certifications stay correct either side of the switchover, and nothing has to be re-entered when it arrives.

Who it's for

Property managers running LIHTC housing.

Anyone who needs affordable, automated certification and compliance documents — whether that is one property or a portfolio. The work is the same either way; only the volume changes.

  • LIHTC first. The initial release covers the tax-credit certification and compliance cycle. HUD programs follow.
  • Deliberately narrow. No accounting, no general ledger, no attempt to replace your system of record. It does the certification and compliance work and stays out of the way of everything else.
